We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (SDR) to engage senior executives such as Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), and other decision-makers through strategic outreach. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified meetings through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Engage: Identify and research potential clients, including CHROs, CFOs, and other senior decision-makers.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Conduct personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to initiate conversations and schedule appointments.
- Appointment Setting: Secure meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and next steps in Zoho CRM software
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including outreach volume, response rates, and booked meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or sales development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging senior executives.
- Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, and phone calls).
- Ability to research and personalize outreach for high-level decision-makers.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
Bonus Points For:
